How to Create a Missed Call Autoresponder

Missed Call Autoresponders allow you to automatically send an SMS after a missed call. This automation will only trigger once per 24 hours to avoid sending to many messages to the lead.

Creating your first missed call autoresponder

  1. Navigate to the Numbers page.
  2. Click the "SMS Settings" button of the number you'd like to configure
  3. Enable the toggle for the missed call autoresponder
  4. Fill out the message. This field can be personalized.
  5. Click the blue "Save" button in the bottom right.
