Configure a Lead Distribution Rule in Firepoint
To automatically start calls to your new leads in Firepoint, create a Lead Distribution rule in Firepoint. This will let you direct your Leads to the correct Users and automatically add your chosen tag to start the outbound call flow in Callingly.
Next Steps
- Test the integration. Add your start call tag to a test lead in your Firepoint account. You should receive a slide-in notification in Callingly. You should also receive a call on your phone. When you answer the call, Callingly will ask you to press 1 to call your inbound lead. After the call, Callingly will add the call recording to the notes section of the contact record in Firepoint.
- Set the call schedule. Once you've added your team, you'll want to set the schedule for when they can receive calls. This way, nobody will receive a call outside of work hours.
Common Questions
How do I send calls to different teams?
You can do this by setting up a second instance of the Firepoint integration using the same steps outlined above. You can have as many instances as you like: simply use a unique Tag and a unique Team for each instance.
How do I stop any further calls if a User contacts a Lead outside Callingly?
You can do this by setting up another Lead Distribution Rule in Firepoint. Have the automation add the tag Callingly - Stop Calls. As soon as a lead is tagged with this tag in Firepoint, Callingly will be notified, and no further calls will be scheduled.
