Understanding Scheduled Call Priority Rules
The Callingly scheduled call processing follows specific priorities assigned to calls based on several factors. Our aim is to ensure efficient handling of calls, giving due importance to urgency and follow-up requirements.
Every minute, scheduled calls that are scheduled for now or earlier are prioritized in the following order:
- By Followup (lowest first)
- By Retry (lowest first)
- By Creation Date & Time
- If a scheduled call is assigned to a specific person it will ring just them and only one scheduled call will be initiated to that person.
- If a scheduled call is assigned to a team it will ring the whole team and the team will only get one call that minute.
