Integrate Callingly With CINC
| Two-way integration | Automatic trigger | Two-way owner sync |
Callingly connects to your CINC account, automatically calling new leads as they're created. Call results and recordings are synced back to CINC as notes, a label can be applied after a successful call, and lead owners can be kept in sync between the two platforms.
Owners and Admins can enable integrations. Approx. reading time 4 min.
Connect Callingly to CINC
You'll initiate the connection between Callingly and CINC from the Callingly side.
- 1.
- Navigate to the New Integration page.
- 2.
- Click the Connect button next to the CINC integration option. You'll be taken to CINC to authorize the connection.
- 3.
- Authorize the connection. CINC will connect and redirect you back to Callingly.
Choose Options
Now that your integration is installed, you can set up a few options. This is where you can also change options in the future.
Name
The name of your integration. If using multiple instances of an integration with the same app, it's a good idea to change this to something more descriptive.

How Calling Is Triggered
Callingly starts calling automatically when a new lead is created in CINC. To control which leads start a call — and which team they route to — click Routing in your CINC integration settings.
You can also stop a lead from being called at any time by applying the Callingly - Stop Calls label to that lead in CINC. This cancels any scheduled calls for that lead.
Sync Lead Owner
If you opt to have your lead owners synced between Callingly and CINC, you'll need to associate each Callingly user with their CINC user.
To do this, from your Callingly dashboard:
- 1.
- Go to the Users page of your Callingly account.
- 2.
- Click the Edit button for the user you want to change.
- 3.
- Select the correct user via the dropdown menu under the CINC User heading.
- 4.
- Save your changes.
- 5.
- Repeat these steps for every Callingly user.
Next Steps
- Test the integration. Create a new lead in CINC. This should start the outbound call flow within a few minutes.
- Set the call schedule. Be sure to set the schedule for when your team can receive calls. This way, nobody will receive a call outside of work hours.
Common Questions
How do I stop a lead from being called?
Apply the Callingly - Stop Calls label to the lead in CINC. This label is created automatically when you connect the integration, and applying it cancels any scheduled calls for that lead.
What are the two Callingly labels in my CINC account?
When you connect, Callingly creates Callingly - Called (applied after a successful call, if you've selected it as your Label On Call) and Callingly - Stop Calls (apply this to cancel calls for a lead).
How do I send calls to different teams?
Use the Routing tab in your CINC integration settings to route leads to different teams based on the lead's information.
