Integrate Callingly With Lofty

Callingly automatically connects to your Lofty account, allowing you to instantly trigger calls when new leads come in. The call results, recordings, and SMS activity are then synced back to Lofty.

Connect Callingly to Lofty

  1. Navigate to the New Integration page.
  2. Hit the Connect button next to the Lofty integration. You will be redirected to Lofty to authorize the connection.
  3. Log in to your Lofty account if you're not already logged in.
  4. Authorize Callingly to access your Lofty account by clicking the authorize button.
  5. You'll be redirected back to Callingly once the connection is complete. Callingly will automatically set up a webhook in Lofty to receive new leads.

Configure Settings

Now that your integration is installed, you can configure a few options. To access these settings, click Settings next to the Lofty integration in Callingly.

Name

The name of your integration. Useful for identifying the integration in your dashboard.

Sync Calls

When enabled, Callingly creates a new call activity in Lofty after a call is completed. This logs all your call activity directly in Lofty.

Sync SMS

When enabled, Callingly creates a new SMS activity in Lofty after an SMS is sent or received. This keeps all your text message history in Lofty.

Sync Lead Owner

When enabled, Callingly will assign the lead owner in Lofty when a lead is assigned to a user in Callingly. This keeps your lead assignments in sync between both platforms.

Routing Rules

Route leads to different teams based on the lead source in Lofty. When you install the integration, Callingly automatically detects your lead sources and creates routing rules for each one.

For example, you can route leads from Zillow to your Zillow team and leads from Realtor.com to a different team.

Field Mapping

Map fields from Lofty to Callingly fields, including custom fields. This ensures the correct information is synced between both platforms.

Syncing Lead Owner

If you opt to have Lead Owners synced between Callingly and Lofty, you'll need to associate each User's Callingly profile with their Lofty user account.

To do this, from your Callingly dashboard:

  1. Go to the Users page of your Callingly account.
  2. Click the edit button for the User you want to change.
  3. Select the correct user via the dropdown menu under the Lofty User heading.

How It Works

When a new lead comes into Lofty, the following happens automatically:

  1. Lofty sends the lead information to Callingly via webhook
  2. Callingly matches the lead source to determine which team should receive the call
  3. Callingly calls your team members based on your call routing settings
  4. When a team member connects with the lead, the call is logged back to Lofty (if Sync Calls is enabled)
  5. Any SMS messages sent through Callingly are logged to Lofty (if Sync SMS is enabled)
  6. If lead ownership changes in Callingly, it's synced back to Lofty (if Sync Lead Owner is enabled)

Reconnecting the Integration

If your Lofty connection expires or encounters an error, you may need to reconnect. Click the Reconnect button on the integration settings page to re-authorize the connection with Lofty.

Next Steps

  1. Test the integration by creating a new test lead in your Lofty account. This should automatically trigger Callingly to call your team.
  2. Configure your Teams. Set up your Callingly Teams so the right people receive calls for different lead sources.
  3. Set the Call Schedule. Configure your availability schedule so nobody receives calls outside of work hours.

How do leads get from Lofty to Callingly?

When you connect the integration, Callingly automatically creates a webhook in Lofty. Whenever a new lead is created in Lofty, it's automatically sent to Callingly.

Can I route different lead sources to different teams?

Yes! Use the Routing Rules in your integration settings to route leads based on their source in Lofty. Each source can be directed to a different team.

Do call recordings sync back to Lofty?

Yes, when you enable "Sync Calls", Callingly creates a call activity in Lofty that includes a link to the call recording.

Are SMS messages synced to Lofty?

Yes, when you enable "Sync SMS", all text messages sent or received through Callingly are logged as SMS activities in Lofty.

What was Lofty previously called?

Lofty was previously known as Chime. If you're familiar with Chime, the integration works the same way.
